Rungstedgaard is the perfect setting, whether the occasion is a small meeting, a large conference, a fashionable product presentation, a romantic wedding or a birthday celebration.

All of our conference and meeting facilities are built and equipped for educational purposes. The architecture, arrangements, lighting, interiors, equipment and acoustics are all in a class of their own together with all necessary equipment including modern audio-visual and IT facilities. It’s as simple and easy as that, and all included in the price. Our conference modules are designed and tailored to satisfy whatever needs you may have during a seminar or conference. Our philosophy is that our guests must be able to concentrate 100% on what’s important for them, while we make sure the surroundings are in perfect order… That’s our job.

You can, of course, add to or change every single module to suit your own special needs during your stay.

The historical and exclusive lounges at Rungstedgaard have their own unique beauty with stucco ceilings, chandeliers, wood-panelled walls, elegant fireplaces and a marvellous combination of modern and classical furnishings. Many lounges are en-suite, making them eminently suitable for parties, birthday celebrations and weddings, but also for innovative product presentations and creative strategy meetings. All lounges enjoy a view either across the Oresund sound or over our lovely terrace garden, but must really be experienced first hand to gain a true impression of their beauty.
