At Rungstedgaard Hotel near Copenhagen, we know that while people and their needs differ, most of us need something specific to relate to. With this in mind, we have compiled a selection of party packages, as well as a few opportunities for wine tastings, that we base our events on. However, everything is of cause adaptable to your requirement. A party package includes everything, from food and drink to venue. We ensure that everything is ready by the time you arrive. Unless otherwise agreed, the room is decorated with white tablecloths, napkins, candles and flowers - so all you have to do is sit back and enjoy the party. 

DE LUXE EXPERIENCE

We have designed this luxury experience to pamper you in genuine Rungstedgaard Deluxe Style. We have thought of everything from start to finish. All you need to do is choose your menu and late night snack – we will take care of the rest.

DINESEN EXPERIENCE

We have designed this experience in such a way that you can help put together your celebration with your own specific requests in terms of wines, menus, the bar, midnight snacks etc.

  • Event of 7 hours' duration

GUIDE PRICE FROM DKK 1150 PER  PERSON. 

 

The Dinesen Celebration Experience is often chosen for dinner parties to celebrate 75th, 80th and 90th birthdays, confirmations and golden weddings. 

BLIXEN EXPERIENCE

We have designed this luxurious experience in which we spoil you in true Rungstedgaard fashion. We have chosen excellent wines and a large selection of brandies/liqueurs. All you need to do is decide on the menu and the midnight snacks then we will design the framework for the complete celebration experience with you. 

A BLIXEN CELEBRATION EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

  • Welcome drink 

  • Appetiser

  • Celebration meal, 3 courses

  • Wine menu, 3 courses, ad libitum

  • Menus on the tables

  • Coffee/tea

  • Filled chocolates, avec

If you can not wait to get started with the party at all, it is possible to start with a reception experience.

- Sliced fruit

WEDDING CAKES

We know there is a lot to keep track of, so let's help you along the way. We can make cakes in several sizes, shapes and colors and together with our pastry chefs we will create the perfect cake for you.

Together with you, we will put together the right size of party for you and your colleagues. And, naturally, the party is in your own function room with your own bar and staff.

CHRISTMAS PARTY

Christmas lunch, Christmas spirit, Christmas party, Christmas menu, Christmas beer, Christmas music, Christmas presents, Christmas events, Christmas decorations, Father Christmas, elves, Christmas, Christmas, Christmas... In consultation with the client, we will compile the right amount of Christmas atmosphere to suit you, and naturally your party will be held in a private venue with your own bar and staff.

A CHRISTMAS PARTY INCLUDES:

  •  3-course christmas dinner
  • Beer, soft drinks and Gaarden's wine during the meal
  • A la carte menu
  • Tea/coffee
