Individual reservation

• The cancellation deadline for individual bookings of bed rooms is 48 hours before arrival
• The cancellation deadline for bookings of 5-9 bed rooms is 8 days.
• The cancellation deadline for bookings of 10 or more bed rooms will be viewed individually

Group reservation

• The cancellation deadline for hotel groups using our bed room facilities is 6 weeks.
• If cancelling within the 2 months period the charge is 75% of the contractual sum.
• If cancelling less than 2 days before arrival the charge is 90% of the contractual sum
• Cancellations made on the day of arrival and all "no shows" are charged at full cost
• Cancellations made past the deadline and "no shows" will be charged at full cost.

Cancellations must always be made in writing to rec@rungstedgaard.dk. By the term cancellation we mean full cancellation, reductions, shortening of stay, change of dates and other changes relevant to the reservation.

• The cancellation deadline for  parties, with or without bedrooms is 2 months
• When cancelling less than 2 months before arrival the charge is 20 % of the contractual sum. (The deposit is non refundable
• When cancelling within the 2 month period the charge is 75% of the contractual sum
• Cancellations made on the day of arrival and all ”no shows” are charged at full cost
• A reduction of up to 10% in numbers according to the contract is accepted when made before 9 am on the last working day before arrival. Cancellations must always be made in writing.

Events up to DKK 35,000

• Free cancellation up to 5 business days before the event start.

• After that, 100% of the contract amount will be invoiced.

Events up to DKK 75,000

• Free cancellation up to 21 days before the event start.

• Cancellation between 21 and 5 days before the event: 50% of the contract amount will be invoiced.

• Cancellation less than 5 days before the event: 100% of the contract amount will be invoiced.

Events up to DKK 100,000

• Free cancellation up to 42 days before the event start.

• Cancellation between 42 and 21 days before the event: 50% of the contract amount will be invoiced.

• Cancellation between 20 and 5 days before the event: 75% of the contract amount will be invoiced.

• Cancellation less than 5 days before the event: 100% of the contract amount will be invoiced.

Events over DKK 100,000

• Free cancellation up to 60 days before the event start.

• Cancellation between 60 and 42 days before the event: 50% of the contract amount will be invoiced.

• Cancellation between 41 and 21 days before the event: 75% of the contract amount will be invoiced.

• Cancellation between 20 and 5 days before the event: 90% of the contract amount will be invoiced.

• ​​​​​​​Cancellation less than 5 days before the event: 100% of the contract amount will be invoiced.
